Do you feel like you're going crazy? That you just cannot do anything right? Do you feel stuck but want to leave? Are you being: belittled, criticized, stalked, harassed, accused of cheating, or threatened?
Or maybe, you are the one feeling insecure in the relationship and are doing these things.
Relationships can be hard and confusing so I am here to help with guidance. This is individual counseling. I do not provide couples counseling due to the toxic nature of abuse. I want the person to feel safe coming to me and sometimes, people can hold back or feel unsafe due to a partner's actions.
Online counseling provides the same help you can get in person but without the hassle of being worried about telling your partner where you are going or what you're doing.
Everyone needs help and guidance. I am here to provide that guidance, the listening ear, and the nonjudgmental relationship you need at this time in your life.
More About Me
I am a licensed professional counselor and Reiki Master. My license number is #68959, state of Texas. I went to school at Walden University and completed their CACREP accredited program in Mental Health Counseling, Masters of Science. I completed my undergraduate degree of a Bachelors in Psychology at North Greenville University in South Carolina. I am trained in energy healing, cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, emotional freedom technique (EFT) or tapping, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I received specific training on domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and toxic relationships from the Department of Defense. I specialize in the trauma from being in a relationship like this, as well as helping those who are the ones perpetrating the toxic behaviors.

Out Of Network or Private Pay rate is: $145 per session. Will provide an invoice for you to get reimbursed from your insurance.
Services:
Individual counseling: $145 or use insurance
EMDR: $175 for an hour long session
Energy Healing (Long Distance Reiki): $90
Reiki is for energy healing and cord cutting for the toxic relationships. Energy can be sent from anywhere. Please ask if you have more questions.
